Overview
These Terms of Service govern your use of Leadmatically, including our website, dashboard, and related services.
Leadmatically helps businesses discover relevant public Reddit conversations, organize those opportunities, and manage follow-up replies. Depending on your plan, you may reply using your own Reddit accounts, or Leadmatically may assist by preparing and posting human-written replies using Reddit accounts we manage.
By using Leadmatically, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Using Leadmatically
You must be legally able to use the service and enter into a binding agreement.
If you use Leadmatically for a business or organization, you confirm that you have authority to do so.
You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for the accuracy of the information and instructions you provide.
What the Service Includes
Leadmatically may include business setup, website analysis, keyword generation, Reddit lead discovery, dashboard insights, reply suggestions, and managed human replies on eligible plans.
We may improve, change, add, or remove features over time.
Your Content and Data
You keep ownership of the business information, website details, prompts, notes, and other content you provide.
You give us permission to use that content as needed to operate, improve, and support Leadmatically.
When you submit a website URL, you authorize Leadmatically to analyze that content to improve keyword generation, lead discovery, and reply support.
Public Reddit Data
Leadmatically works with public Reddit posts, comments, and related public metadata relevant to the service.
We do not claim ownership of public platform content belonging to others.
Third-party platforms like Reddit control their own rules and enforcement, and we are not responsible for their decisions or changes.
Reply Options
Leadmatically may support two main ways to engage with leads:
- - You can reply yourself using your own Reddit accounts.
- - On eligible plans, Leadmatically may prepare and post human-written replies using Reddit accounts we manage.
If you use managed replies, we may rely on your business information, website content, preferences, and instructions to prepare and post replies.
Replies may appear publicly on third-party platforms, and while we use reasonable judgment, we cannot guarantee results or platform treatment.
Your Responsibilities
You agree to use Leadmatically responsibly and lawfully. That includes:
- - Providing accurate business information and instructions.
- - Making sure your products, services, and claims are truthful and lawful.
- - Using leads, suggestions, and replies appropriately.
- - Not asking Leadmatically to post unlawful, deceptive, abusive, infringing, or spam content.
Plans and Billing
Some parts of Leadmatically are paid subscription services.
Paid plans renew automatically unless canceled, and you authorize us or our payment processor to charge the fees associated with your subscription.
You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan based on the billing terms presented at checkout.
Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable.
Availability and Third-Party Services
We aim to keep Leadmatically available and useful, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
Leadmatically may rely on third-party tools and platforms, and we are not responsible for outages, rule changes, or other actions outside our control.
Important Legal Notes
Leadmatically is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the extent allowed by law.
We do not guarantee specific leads, conversions, customers, revenue, or other business outcomes.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited and we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service.
Changes and Termination
We may update these Terms from time to time by updating the date on this page.
You may stop using Leadmatically at any time.
We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated, fees are not paid, or use of the service creates legal, security, or operational risk.
